General Office Fees

  • First Office Visit (FOC) (ND / VM) – $580 (about 1.5 hours)
  • ND Return Office Visit (ROC) – $365 (about 45 minutes)
  • Visceral Manipulation (VM) Follow-up – $165 (about 20-25 minutes)
  • Telehealth First Consult – $450 (about 60 minutes)
  • Telehealth Follow-up – $365 (about 45 minutes)
  • Email communications – $125 (about 15 minutes)
  • Chart review (last 2 years) – $900 (about 2 hours)

Lab Review Fees

  • Genova ION panel – $250
  • Cyrex Lymphocyte MAP - $250
  • Cyrex Alzheimer's LINX - $250
  • Meridian Vally Labs Ultimate Hormone 24 hour Urine - $175
  • Meridian Valley Labs Complete Blood Viscosity - $175
  • All other functional medicine labs - $150 / lab

Why does Dr. Mariotti charge a Lab Review Fee?

Functional medicine labs provide a complex, multisystems approach to healthcare.  Functional medicine labs go into the necessary detail needed to uncover nutritional, biochemical and metabolic imbalances, which overtime, if left untreated can contribute to chronic disease and many of the annoying symptoms we struggle to resolve. These labs are different from traditional blood labs.

Interpreting the data derived from such complex labs requires experience in such interpretation and time on my part.

In order to provide you with the personalized care you deserve I will conduct my review outside of a normal office visit. This allows me the time to provide not only a detailed explanation but also supplementary education to help inform and empower you in making constructive decisions regarding your health.

What about insurance billing?

Dr. Mariotti does NOT bill insurance plans, however, I will provide you with the appropriate form for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement will vary depending on your benefits package, and it is up to you to check that out with your insurance company prior to your appointment. I do not get involved in insurance reimbursement conflicts.
