Description
This is the first follow-up consultation and will consist of the Report of Findings and will cost $265.00, which needs to be paid in advance of the appointment. This consultation may consist of a maximum of 6 emails exchanged between us (3 from you to me and 3 from me to you) that need to be limited to 500 words per email.
Prior to your consultation Dr. Mariotti will have prepared a detailed notebook providing you with all of your labs, educational information, and treatment plan.
