Visceral Manipulation Follow Up Appointment

Description

During your follow up Visceral Manipulation appointment we will do the following:

• Visceral Manipulation evaluation & treatment

I do not combine naturopathic assessment and consultation during this appointment as there is not sufficient time to do both a visceral manipulation session and a naturopathic consultation.

This appointment will last about 20-25 minutes.

Established Patient Information

If you are scheduling an appointment at my Seattle (Fremont) office please understand that for me to come to Seattle (from Ashland, Oregon) it is a 16 hour round trip drive. I have committed to coming to Seattle every 2 to 3 months, but in order for this arrangement to continue I will also need your commitment to this time. Therefore, it is essential you understand that the payment you make is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another date. So, if you are unable to make your appointment (for any reason) I will not be able to provide you with a refund.

The following are the steps for booking an appointment:

1. Select the type of appointment you would like.
2. You will then be asked to input some information. Once you submit your request an email will be sent to me and I will respond with possible dates and times.
3. You WILL NOT be charged at this time.
4. Two weeks out from your scheduled Seattle appointment I will release the invoice to be sent to you. You can pay at that time or wait for the reminder.
5. One week out from your scheduled appointment you need to pay the invoice or wait for my reminder and then at that time you will need to make the non-transferable, non-refundable payment in order to receive the final confirmation from me.
